I was just about to purchase a vehicle but I was treated very unprofessional and aggressive, with a raised voice and rudeness. I honestly don't think this is representative for Chrysler, because the sales manager I spoke with before, was really courteous and professional. More

Terrible. I have purchased a total of 2 brand new vehicles from this lot. With the second vehicle they refused to have it shipped and had someone from another c I have purchased a total of 2 brand new vehicles from this lot. With the second vehicle they refused to have it shipped and had someone from another city drive it to Calgary....but they still considered it new with 500+ km on it (my fault for still taking it I know). They offered $28000 as is approximately 6 weeks ago, now they are low balling my vehicle ($22000) when I could get much more from others (which I fully intend to do, also keep in mind my vehicle has barely moved since the last "appraisal"). They refused to write/type the agreement and all that I would get was a verbal agreement. Sales manager was incredibly rude and needs to attend a course on how to be respectful. More
