2017 NEW TRUCK On a scale of 10, with ten being perfect ( from the start) , they would get a 8 out of ten. Pros: Lance and Byron swooped in to save the day, on a variety of concerns. They honoured their commitments on the sale and on any verbal agreements. Very helpful with loaner vehicle, for the short time they needed the new vehicle. Cons: Need to keep checking on the quality of the add ons ( 3 m film on from end was incomplete and went back to shop 3 times to finish the job). The trailer brake controller was not installed as directed. Not show stoppers, just unable to take possession of vehicle and had to return 3 day s later. Note: As this vehicle came in from another dealer, it should have been turned over to me, once it met Towers standard of vehicle hand over. As a example,, Tower installs locking lug nuts on wheels, where other dealers do not... so.. I had to purchase locking lugs nuts. More

Despite the problems with the vehicle itself, Shelly and Larry went out of their way to work with Chrysler to remedy the problem(s) with the vehicle. Much like the work that was done recently on my other Jeep, the quality of the work was evident and they also found and fixed another problem that I was not yet aware of. The dedication and hard work done by so many staff members has not gone unnoticed and I am very appreciative. Thank you again Tower for helping keeping me rolling along. More

Horrible Brent was very horrible. Him and another manager were extremely mean when I had inquired about canceling my purchase due to an emergency that took a h Brent was very horrible. Him and another manager were extremely mean when I had inquired about canceling my purchase due to an emergency that took a huge chunk of my down payment. They bullied me asking why I was doing this. They made a big show of making me feel horrible and when asked if they would have trouble selling the vehicle again they replied "no, it will be easy". So why the big fuss? Also they kept my $500 deposit and didn't give me receipt as proof so I could use it at a later date(like I ever would after this experience). Later I found out that if you need to cancel a contract you have 10 days to do so and get your money back(as per the Consumer Protection Act) but they still didn't give me my money back. Worst experience ever. More

John also went to great lengths to make sure that we went home with the vehicle of our choice and that we went home happy and satisfied. He was able to provide answers to all our questions even if some are not related to the purchase. He also assisted us with trading in our old caravan and got us a very nice loaner vehicle while our new van underwent detailing. A very pleasant and exciting experience! More
