Shane was great Walked in looking to trade my Cherokee for a Wrangler and was successful. Old to New I found everyone to be so awesome. They all helped us to achieve success as we had never gone through the new car process before, but made it seamless I found everyone to be so awesome. Extremely disappointed "Extremely disappointed " I originally wrote an amazing review because I thought I got the perfect SUV for my family. It turns out I was sold a lem "Extremely disappointed " I originally wrote an amazing review because I thought I got the perfect SUV for my family. It turns out I was sold a lemon. When we purchased our 2012 Dodge Journey in July 2016 we needed a reliable car, we were never offered an extended warranty and we were told that the power train warranty was good until the car reached 100,000 km, the car only had 50,000 km so I thought, perfect I got a great SUV that will last myself and my family quite some time. We serviced our Dodge at Tower crystler before our road trip to Victoria at the end of March they told us everything was safe to drive except the brakes were needing to be changed which we changed before we left. When we got to Victoria our transmission blew and I thought we had a warranty but when we called Tower were told that it ended in November after the car reached 5 years old, information I was never told until that moment. So here I am in Victoria on vacation with my two young children and husband stranded. When we called Tower to help us they gave us the run around, the manager ignored our calls for most of the day and finally called back to leave a message on my voicemail to say there was nothing he would do. Do not waste your time going here unless you want to be ripped off by people who couldn't care less for you or your safety! More
