Nothing but the best I have dealt with John and Tyler twice now and both of those times they both have gone above and beyond for me. Both of tem really care and have done nothing but the best for me. Every time I have went into the dealership they have made me feel like family. I can't say anything but the best for these guys in both deals they have gotten for me. It really shows how much they care with all the hard work they have put into both cars I have bought. More

Sales and Service Been dealing with Tower since we bought a 1998 Breeze. Still have my 1999 Dakota bought new and serviced there. While there again we met John Assef w Been dealing with Tower since we bought a 1998 Breeze. Still have my 1999 Dakota bought new and serviced there. While there again we met John Assef while getting our 2015 Jeep serviced. Ended up trading up to a 2017 Jeep. We love it. John got us a very fair price for our trade in and a good price on the new one. The whole experience was seamless and easy. More

I would recomend dealing with him to all my family and friends looking to get into a dodge. Kent went over and beyond to make sure I was more than satisfied with my purchase. Jeff was the accountant I delt with while purchasing my truck, and I was very pleased with him aswell. Jeff made sure I knew exactly what was going on with the numbers and features I could get done to improve my experince while owning my new truck. I purchased a 3M package and a under coat for my truck, they also detailed my truck for free when I brought it in to get the work done. The workmanship put into the service was incredible and looks amazing. It was fast service and was given a loaner truck for the day. I was over all very pleased with the experience I had at Tower Chrysler. I felt very welcome and was told to come and say hi anytime I come in for service. I would rate the dealership 10/10. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone I delt with at Tower Chrysler. More

Excellent service and friendly staff I brought my truck in to have my winter tires mounted and balanced. Shelley greeted me and asked if I needed an oil change as well. Was glad she asked I brought my truck in to have my winter tires mounted and balanced. Shelley greeted me and asked if I needed an oil change as well. Was glad she asked as I was due for a change and didn’t realize it at the time. Extremely happy with how quickly I was able to get in today and get everything done before the snow flies next week. Good service with no smile. Most unfriendly service I have ever witnessed. Made an appointment at 11am and was advised about an hour for the tires change. When trying to speak to my service advisor Shelley, she basically walked right past me and ignored me. I’d sooner go to a Quick Lube instead of taking my vehicle back to Tower Chrysler. Do not take your vehicle here. Especially if Shelley is working. Take it anywhere else. More

Terrible ExperienceS Terrible experiences except once when buying the car. They have been making me feel that their customers are supposed to be local-born people, at leas Terrible experiences except once when buying the car. They have been making me feel that their customers are supposed to be local-born people, at least those who are perfectly fluent in English, or even of certain colours. I know I don’t speak English very well. But I can communicate with people from other places in Calgary just fine. However, at Tower Chrysler, they could not understand me, or more likely, did not bother listening to me. And they were not willing to speak, let alone repeating. For me, there was no respect, no patience at all. They got me down every time. More
