When I picked up the vehicle, it hadn't been completed and when I brought the vehicle back to have the installation completed, the wrong parts had been ordered, leaving me without the car even longer. All of the people there were friendly when they were available, but there are just not enough staff to adequately deal with customers most of the time. More

I am very easy going and laid back and normally don't give poor reviews about any business but this dealership really put me through a lot. My review is long but please read if you are considering going here for maintenance or to buy a used car. There's a lot of negative things I can say about this dealership because I started having car trouble as soon as I drove it off the lot. The first issue was with door alignment and they kept sending me to the Acura dealership, even though Acura said that Honda has to fix the issue because it was purchased from them. After multiple attempts to get Honda to fix my car a month after purchasing it, I got my car back with a deep scratch on the door and loose bolts in the driver side door panel. I brought my car in again so they can fix their mess and they had my car this time for 1 week. When I picked up my car I noticed immediately that my car had been driven (I logged the kilometres and there were receipts and fast food wrappers in the car). When I asked about the kilometres I was assured that nobody drove my car and that it never left the lot. There was no real way for me to prove it so I moved on. The day I left the dealership, my car began to stall, the wheel would lock while driving, my car didn't recognize the remote key or the manual key entry (I had to call a tow truck a couple of times to break into my car) and the navigation screen would go black periodically. I contacted the dealership again to schedule an appointment...... Meanwhile, I get a red light fine in the mail for $325! When I saw the date of the fine I immediately realized that the dealership had my car during that time. At least this was proof that one of their mechanics drove my car. Now I will admit that Honda reimbursed me for the fine I had to pay but the whole experience was a complete joke and they were very unprofessional. Now back to my car stalling, key not working and my wheel freezing while driving....I decided I had enough of Honda and brought it to an Acura dealership. The technician told me the reason for my car stalling and lock not working was due to amateur work that was done to my car. All the technician had to do was tighten screws and bolts in the door panel and tighten the car battery terminal (the loose battery terminal was literally dangling and was the cause of all the glitches). I had to pay him $300 to tighten it :( I know this is a long review but this is just 1/3 of what I had to deal with. In the end I paid an Acura dealership $300 to tighten bolts and terminals from Hondas amateur job. Advice - always log your kilometres before handing it over to a dealership. Even better advice is to stay away from this dealership! More
