He also asked if I was staying and if so, if I knew my way to the waiting area. While I was waiting I saw how well Derek treated his customers. It took me a while to write my review though, and that because I found my experience with the sales agent quite strange and not very comfortable at that moment, but somehow I am glad and I do confess that she did help me pick the right vehicle for me. I wanted to be honest in my review. Luiza is for sure a great sales person and very convincing, and above all, truly honest and straight forward. She is very friendly and over all a very sweet girl and a nice person. At the same time I found her quite too pushy, which was not very pleasant at that moment, making me feel pressured. However, after signing the contract and driving the car for a while now, I can say it was one of the best investments I made and I am absolutely glad I chose Hyundai . The fact that Luiza pushed and convinced me to buy my car, proved greatly beneficial and I am glad I met her. More
