My service representative -- Scott -- went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the work was done properly and effectively. He personally made sure that the mechanics were aware of my specific problem and had the work done expertly and on time. When Walt Disney opened Disney Land in 1955 he made sure that all of his employees went out of their way to make sure all visitors to the park felt welcome and were well cared for. In today's rush rush world it is more common to get the bare minimum in service. Scott went the extra mile to make sure I received not good but excellent service.
