When I asked to speak to the service advisor I was passed onto the dealership. I was informed that I could come by that day and get service while I had lunch with Carrasco. Everything was great when we returned. It would appear that my initial request for the oil change and new wipers was not sent to the dealership. I have a perspective you should consider. The "Eye of the Customer" should be applied against all the processes you are attempting to improve.
