When I went back to pick up the car it was raining but Frank K described all different features of the car to me while I was sitting inside and he was standing outside of the car in the rain. It was such an amazing experience and they offered me the best possible options. I highly recommend this location. More

Excellent service, friendly people Went in for routine oil change. The customer service representative was friendly and approachable. He was also honest on what needed to be done. There was a recall on my car and when I called in, I was told they couldn't do the recall in the afternoon, but the service representative told me they could do it together with the oil change. Asked for new wiper blades...none installed You have a Call centre. I called it and they told me where was a five day "void" before I could get an oil change. This was 06/21. When I asked to speak to the service advisor I was passed onto the dealership. I was informed that I could come by that day and get service while I had lunch with Carrasco. Everything was great when we returned. It would appear that my initial request for the oil change and new wipers was not sent to the dealership. I have a perspective you should consider. The "Eye of the Customer" should be applied against all the processes you are attempting to improve.
