Hello Dan, I'm sorry to hear that you feel your experience with our dealership could have been better. When a customer agrees to purchase a vehicle from Thornhill Hyundai our staff will put a "SOLD" sign on that vehicle and it will not be offered to another customer. However, until the financing arrangements have been completed and the papers have been signed by the purchasing party (which can take a few days), the vehicle will not be marked as 'Sold' on our website. Until that time, the vehicle is still owned by the dealership and remains in our inventory. I hope this provides a little more insight into how our online inventory works and explains why there may sometimes be a discrepancy in the website inventory and what is available in the dealership.
