Service We have a 2017 escape that quit in our driveway. A call to the ford hotline had it towed to Thor where they said the fuel pump had expired. No Surprises on the Road I have had my Edge serviced at Thor Motors since 2014 and have had no issues with them. I recently bought a new Edge from them and was very pleased with the time it took to find the car I wanted. From Thursday to Saturday I was driving off their lot with anew clean car. The staff, especially Lisa Lees, have been very helpful and I am very confident the service guys know what they are doing. I do a lot of highway driving and have never had a problem on the road. They listen, but do not pressure, and answer you or find out the answer immediately. This is the 4th Edge I have bought and look forward to the 5th. More
