We were looking at all of the dealers, and on the day when we were strictly looking, only once did someone come out and ask if we needed help and that was at Lakehead Motors. We told Greg right off the bat that we were only looking that day and that we'd be going home to do research and decide which vehicles we wanted to test drive. He answered all of our questions that day and we left with a good impression. Two weeks later, we headed out to test drive vehicles and went back to test a Jeep. Again, Greg answered any questions we had and we headed out on our test drive. After leaving the dealership, we decided we wanted more information which I requested via a text message and it was emailed to me. This helped us in making our decision to purchase the Jeep. The only downside to our purchase was with Bryan, who when showing us warranty and protection options neglected to tell us that we could get undercoating and rust inhibitor. We were going to take the Jeep elsewhere when we found out that it could be done through the dealer. It left us with the feeling that he only showed us the more expensive options, which of course would make more money for him. Other than that, everyone else we dealt with at the dealership was great. Two new trucks my wife and I were in need of new vehicles. Two younger sales staff that were very knowledgeable and took the time to show us many styles and models of SUV'S and trucks. A few test drives later and we had decided on a ram slt and a rebel. Rocco the sales manager was a pleasure to deal with and sent us on our way to meet Taki. Taki explained all warrenty options and our finance options. One day later and we were approved for our new rides. One more meeting with Taki and a few signatures later we meet with Mike and Greg to go over how to work all the really new and cool technology our trucks came with.
