Quick, smooth and no hassle I went into Lakehead Motors after the third time of being asked if I would be interested in trading up my truck. I went in to hear what he had to say I went into Lakehead Motors after the third time of being asked if I would be interested in trading up my truck. New 2017 Dodge Ram Laramie Longhorn Limited I had made an appointment and was greeted on time, was very friendly. I let her know the kind of vehicle I was interested in purchasing and was happy I had made an appointment and was greeted on time, was very friendly. I let her know the kind of vehicle I was interested in purchasing and was happy with the vehicle that I selected. I did have one concern I asked to go to the back lot to look around and was told no that she would bring the vehicle out to the front for me, was told the lot was muddy. Not sure if this would of affected the vehicle that I chose but it would of been nice to go look around, we ended up driving out back for a quick look. A few days after picking up the vehicle I did notice that the Air Conditioning was not working and had to make an appointment to correct this. You would think they would of given the vehicle a once over before turning it over to me especially a vehicle in this price range. More

I was updated on my service situation when required and everything was done in a very timely fashion. Scott Shumka is the Man to see when in need! I am very thankful that this great group of hard working individuals was able to accommodate me as my vehicle was not fit for the road and needed immediate attention. Although everything that needed to be done couldn't get done in time I also got a courtesy ride home after closing hours which I never expected but very much appreciated. Well done to your team! I know where I will be going next time I need a new or used vehicle. Thank You! More

It was time to get more bells and whistles on a new car. I have dealt with Lakehead Motors since 1997 when I bought my first Dodge Ram, and I have always loved Chryslers products. My last car was a 300 Touri I have dealt with Lakehead Motors since 1997 when I bought my first Dodge Ram, and I have always loved Chryslers products. My last car was a 300 Touring, and, although I really enjoyed driving it, I decided it was time to upgrade to a 300C with some more options. Nick was very helpful in getting what I wanted at the price I could afford. When the new car arrived at the dealership the service was terrific! I was in and out in no time, with a new car and a smile on my face. More
