Very bad customer service. I checked in and asked whether my car is ready for pickup - there is no reply from my service advisor. I went there to pickup my car anyway; and t I checked in and asked whether my car is ready for pickup - there is no reply from my service advisor. I went there to pickup my car anyway; and there's no one was waiting at the lounge but have to wait awhile before my service advisor showed up. When I got home and parked my car, I noted my car was dirty as they did not wash my car before delivery it to me. I sent a message to my service advisor and asked why my car was not washed. Again - silent - not even a reply from him. Don't go there. More
