TOOK MY X3 IN FOR WARRANTY SERVICE .THE EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT DUE TO THE PROFESSIONAL INTERACTION WITH ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS. Put an out of town deposit down of $500 and went in to test drive a BMW 540. The radiator cracked less than 5 km into the test drive. Sales person promised a refund and has assured me that it is in 'pro test drive a BMW 540. The radiator cracked less than 5 km into the test drive. Sales person promised a refund and has assured me that it is in 'processing' for the last month and his manager I guess can't find time to process it. Service is fake as they do it only for the sale. To make a situation right they are not willing to even do a simple task that would take a normal business less than 5 mins. More
