"Damage Estimate "

Took car to Fusion Collision as recommended by Team Ford for an estimate due to vandalism to my car. Service was prompt and to my surprise it was an easy fix and Fusion Collision was able to fix the damage within the hour. Great service.

"Cannot be worse than this"

My experience with Team Ford is the worst. 1. I bought my truck on March 2018 and got into an accident on April 30 and it was written off. At the time of purchase, I also purchased Extended Warranty and Pre-paid Maintenance pkg. which cost nearly $8000 combined. But since I only drove it for just over a month, I did not get to use them. So I talked to the financial advisor(Tyler) He said I would have no problem getting those refunded. And I bought the second truck right after(Exact same one). This time I didn't purchase any of warranty. And I was trying to get those refunded, they are delaying it every time I visit them. And After few visits, I finally got an answer saying they cannot give me those money back. They told me to call Ford Canada directly. So I did contacted them and got an answer saying this is something that dealership has to do. Dealership must fill out a form and send it to extended warranty department to apply for a reimbursement of the plan. I brought this e-mail to dealer again and talked to Tyler again, and he asked his boss "Rumeet Patel". He wouldn't even face me and he was just rejecting to do anything but to say they cannot do anything. I did some research on this. According to For Canada Extended Warranty website) "If your vehicle is written off (After 30days) you are entitled to a pro-rated amount determined by Ford of Canada). I know you might lose some money that you earned from my Extended Warranty and Pre-paid Maintenance pkg but this is not how you should treat your customer. 2. I tried to change my bank account that my payment goes out from. I requested and gave all documents on Feb 2019, and June payment still came out of my old account. I tried talking to them asking them what is going on few time, It is still not solved after 4 months. WOW!!

"Rude Service Department! "

I called to schedule the 1st oil change for my new Ford F-150. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional! I asked if I can book next week sometime for my Ford F-150 1st service. She asked if I bought my vehicle from that dealership? I said Yes, we actually bought two trucks at the same time and I would like to bring in both vehicle in next week on different days for service. She said “ well we don’t have any appointments available until mid May”. I said that’s 2-3 weeks away. She said “ yup, sorry”. I said thanks I’ll call another dealership service department”. She ok, bye. I called another dealership service department and they were able to book me in the next day. To the managent staff Speak to your staff about phone manners and etiquette.

"Brutal Oil change "

This is all happened as part of the third oil change that I have gotten at Team Ford in my 2017 F150. About a week after my oil change, while out doing my Xmas shopping, my check engine light came on. Not something you expect with only 27, 000km on it... Luckily I was close to home and limped it there to try to figure out what was broke. As I'm leaning up under the hood I see oil sprayed all over the side of the engine by the dipstick and no filler cap. They had forgot to replace the cap under filling... seriously? They had set it up in the corner of the engine compartment and left it there. I then called the service department, talked to the manager to get it in for them to clean and thought it would be better - not so much. After an hour an 20 minutes I now have a truck that went from "like new" to something that smells like a shop truck both inside and out. Extremely disappointed for several reasons: 1. the extra 2.5 hours of my time to try to get this cleaned 2. the nasty smell in the cabin and outside - that wasn't there even with the oil on the engine Ultimately a bad situation made worse.
