We happened to be dealt with an amazing salesperson by the name of Collette Cully. She was professional and courteous to us and when we were finally in a position to purchase in late July, she went out of her way to drive halfway to Ft McMurray to finalize the paperwork. Horrible Bought a new ford escape, I really wanted a car starter...i told jay in sales I wanted it several times, fully willing to pay for it...never got it. When the deal was done around 9 at night , they put my old plate from the trade in on the escape, and let me drive away without insurance, I found that out a few days later when Terrence finally decided to call me, of course it was a sat and I couldn't deal with my insurance broker untill Monday. After dealing with my insurance a week went by Terrence had not processed my file and a payment for the truck i traded in came out of my bank...again had to go to team ford to deal with that. At this point in pretty mad and I tell jay I want a starter put in ...especially since I wanted it in the first place, jay brought over a guy who introduced himself as the store manager who says " I dont have to do anything for you" exact words...but then he says if I write a perfect survey he will agree to pay for a starter....what a surprise...i never got a survey to fill out.....this was the worse experience I could imagine More
