TEAM FORD FORGED MY SIGNATURE FOR FINANCIAL GAIN!! I purchased a vehicle for my 16 year old daughter last March, 2020. Her first vehicle. I recently went to look at the paperwork because she wanted to purchased a vehicle for my 16 year old daughter last March, 2020. Her first vehicle. I recently went to look at the paperwork because she wanted to see about trading it in for something a little newer after saving some extra money. I pulled out a document for extended warranty....I declined extended warranty when we purchased the vehicle. Guess what? MY SIGNATURE AND INITIALS WERE FORGED on this document! Because of this, they added more money on to the loan and I have been paying interest on it since. And get this, bought the car March 2020 but this extended warranty expired May 2019, 9 months before buying the car! Whats great is that I HAVE THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT! So I called and spoke to a sales manager. I was told that the signature is clearly the same (it is not even close) and that since the sales manager at that time is no longer there, there is nothing they can do. After I told him I had the original document, his attitude escalated and all the blame was placed on me because I waited for over a year and I signed the sales contract. When I signed the sales contract, the sales manager DID NOT go through the documents with me, did not get me to initial where it shows I agreed to the warranty like other dealerships do, distracted me by talking about our kids playing soccer close to each other, and did not give me the documents at that time, instead I had to wait until I picked up the car, now I know why, it was so that they could use the documents I did sign to forge my signature and initials. Instead of being concerned that I have the original copy of a forged document by an employee from their dealership, they said it was my fault. WHAT A JOKE They completely turned the blame to me despite the fact the dealership FORGED MY SIGNATURE FOR FINANCIAL GAIN. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! More

My Husband and I recently purchased a used vehicle from Team Ford and definitely think the service was great. Dre was very helpful and prompt with his responses as we purchased this vehicle from a totally Team Ford and definitely think the service was great. What i liked most about Dre was if he didn't have the answer.. he definitely had the initiative to find it. Dre also dealt with the transportation of the vehicle which we received today and is definitely as advertised! Thank you for the smooth sale! More

I came into Team Ford being told that I would be allowed to test drive a Tesla 3 from the receptionist. after taking the information and being asked if I was going to buy today (Which i said no because I've to test drive a Tesla 3 from the receptionist. after taking the information and being asked if I was going to buy today (Which i said no because I've never sat in the vehicle) the sales rep went to go talk to the manager. I was told that im not allowed to take a joy ride with the model 3 and that I should instead rent a car... I was allowed to sit in it which I guess helped... But i would not recommend this place since they don't want "premiem vehicles" getting more miles only walk in if you know exactly what you want with no exceptions. More

I just received a phone call from Dre the sales representative with Team Ford and I quote. 1) "You should watch yourself and what you w Ford... No i just make sure that if i had a bad experience that i write it down so others won't have to go through this again. I was very fortunate that they have an amazing front of house receptionist who was polite and will follow up with the manager... I would never expect to be threatened by "Dre" and i hope next time you have a choice on which Ford location to pick take sure its anything but Team Ford. More
