Absolutely amazing experience! I went to Team Ford looking to replace my caravan that had been written off. Since it was an accident, I really wasn't expecting to be buying anythin I went to Team Ford looking to replace my caravan that had been written off. Since it was an accident, I really wasn't expecting to be buying anything and I was extremely uncertain about what I wanted. Jay Sinkler was very patient with me and helped to narrow down and pinpoint what I really needed, over almost a week of my indecisiveness! We started with a shiny new truck which he was offering to me for a killer deal, however, I wasn't sure that I really needed all that.. So, he walked me through all of the used vehicles available within my price range and containing different features that I had actually decided on until we found the winner! Throughout the week I had a lot of opportunities to chat with many of the other salespeople who were all extremely friendly and helpful as well, among them the General Sales Manager David Vieira, who worked with Jay to make sure everything came together as smooth and easy as possible. I will absolutely recommend to all of my friends and return to Team Ford in the future for my vehicle needs, they definitely go above and beyond!!! More

Not good experience I went to Team Ford for buying Ford Edge , sales person willing to help me but that sales manager asked me to do something that's not possible. He wa I went to Team Ford for buying Ford Edge , sales person willing to help me but that sales manager asked me to do something that's not possible. He was not helpful with my trade in vehicle. He thought ,just we went to their showroom just for fun . Plz do not go this team Ford dealer for buying vehicle. They are not helpful people. Just they need only money ,no good service More
