Substandard I'm very disappointed in my overall experience. The first salesman I dealt with was good. Told me about my situation in great detail. Then I was suppo I'm very disappointed in my overall experience. The first salesman I dealt with was good. Told me about my situation in great detail. Then I was suppose to come in and check out the vehicle but I couldn't make it that day. Next day receptionist told me he was in for the afternoon shift yet I could not get ahold of him. I just showed up and dealt with another salesmen. Came up with some terms. Good to go. Waited an hour to see finance and then I was told paper work will be ready in 10 min....we waited 30. I left. The next day I came in I waited for my appointment for 30 min. Signed all the paperwork. Not once was I told when I start my payments what's best for us. Then the vehicle got fixed up and found out there were some things not fixed because "we didn't think you wanted to pay for it" my bad should of got it in writing. I'll have to buy tires in a year tops. Can't access my middle console without a struggle. Thanks for upholding the typical car salesman stereotype. TO TOP IT OFF. I haven't been given ANY of my paperwork except for bill of sale so I can insure and register it. Great job! sneil was the used car salesman. More

Got me out of my hi interested payments I stop by to look at the new show room . Started talking to the salesmen and he asked me what my payment was on my car .
