Completely useless We purchased a used vehicle in 2016 with extended warranty(only because Ricardo K Figaro told us that it would be returned if it was never used and by We purchased a used vehicle in 2016 with extended warranty(only because Ricardo K Figaro told us that it would be returned if it was never used and by law they are required too) we went to collect it and they told us that we cant due to it being the wrong type of extended warranty, i have spoken with 3 different people that work there and everyone has said that extended warranty is returned if not used and no mention of different types! which tells me everyone there in completely incompetent at their jobs or they scam people on purpose...
