I brought my 2011 Ford Focus in to have the winter tires put on. When I purchased the car part of the condition of sale I was given a set of winter tires, and Steve Marshall would change my tires seasonall put on. When I purchased the car part of the condition of sale I was given a set of winter tires, and Steve Marshall would change my tires seasonally and store the other set for free. I've come in twice now to have the tires changed and nobody is ever aware of this. And now I'm told that I'm going to be charged for the storage because so many people have taken advantage of this offer. I understand that there is only so much room but I feel that the charge should be for future agreements, not for people who already have made their agreement. I also think that you need to look at how you handle your appointments. There is far too much time waiting time when I come in, an hour and a half for a tire change to too long. The shuttle service is inadequate as well. More
Generally, my visit for service was great! I was kept waiting longer than usual, especially for the shuttle - perhaps you need another driver in the mornings? and it seemed a little "hectic" at the front waiting longer than usual, especially for the shuttle - perhaps you need another driver in the mornings? and it seemed a little "hectic" at the front reception. Other than that, I trust the workmanship and would recommend your dealership to others. Kathy More

My wife and I have bought 2 vehicles from Steve Marshall Ford in Nanaimo, more specifically, from Ryan Saunders. During the 4years we have been loyal customers because we get the first class service we woul Ford in Nanaimo, more specifically, from Ryan Saunders. During the 4years we have been loyal customers because we get the first class service we would expect from a car dealership , when you are spending thousands of dollars. Ryan has always treated us very fairly and has provided that "extra touch" that has made us keep coming back. When our Lincoln Navigator developed a problem with the automatic windows, Ryan not only helped us organize a servicing appointment, he also arranged for a "loan" vehicle for the two days our car was being serviced. As we are from Courtenay, this enabled us to attend medical appointments in Victoria. I would highly recommend Nanaimo's Steve Marshall Ford. They promise, and deliver outstanding service. The service I received was ok. My car still runs smooth but that's expected since it is a 2011 car. I thought the customer service reps could have been friendlier. We had a good experience purchasing. I felt respected and assisted in the process, not pushed as in some other dealerships. Customer service and follow-up is first rate. assisted in the process, not pushed as in some other dealerships. Customer service and follow-up is first rate. More
During a very enjoyable drive to Edmonton (love this GT ragtop!)and back I noticed a speed related rattle somewhere on the driver's side front. Not easy to hear but nevertheless irritating. After a little ragtop!)and back I noticed a speed related rattle somewhere on the driver's side front. Not easy to hear but nevertheless irritating. After a little sleuthing, the tech Brian was able to track and eliminate the noise. I realise intermittant rattles can be very difficult to pinpoint and fix....but I had faith in Steve Marshall's crew. I was not disappointed. These guys are good. So is this Mustang GT...9.8 liters per 100k (or 30mpg) from 400+ horses? More
