When I went to buy a car, I met John Muise and told him what I was looking for. Within a couple of days, he had the car for me. Guess what, It was PERFECT. Price, Quality, and durable. Terrible customer service. I had made a service appointment by telephone but when I called to confirm there was appointment! The appointment prior to that took 3 hours for a simple oil change (they promised me it would be 45 min) and I was waiting and had appointments. I experienced terrible customer service after purchasing a new vehicle here. They refused to replace a defective dealer-installed part, and would not honour their word to me about paying a small referral f a new vehicle here. They refused to replace a defective dealer-installed part, and would not honour their word to me about paying a small referral fee for a few customers I sent to them. As soon as the deal was done, it was almost impossible to speak to anyone or get calls returned. I was very surprised by this, as this dealership used to have a decent name. I won’t be making that mistake again. More
