I had been a long time Infiniti owner....great car....but was looking for something different this time that could provide me with safety when driving in the winter months. I spent a great deal of time testing cars out of various makes. In the end decided on the Subaru Outback top of the line with all the bells and whistles. Love the car....but have to say that there was never any pressure or urgency for me to decide, I was treated with a great deal of respect and patience. I was able to get a very good deal on my purchase and would highly recommend if you are looking for an excellent car and dealership...go here first, you will not be disappointed. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE when looking for a vehicle I looked at HYUNDAI, HONDA, TOYOTA but decided to give SUBARU a chance as I did not know much about them. My very first vi when looking for a vehicle I looked at HYUNDAI, HONDA, TOYOTA but decided to give SUBARU a chance as I did not know much about them. My very first visit with Marc at Subaru Mississauga was excellent he was very helpful and answered all my questions with no pressure. Because of him I went back six months later to see him again because I felt comfortable and liked the Subaru offering. I purchased the Subaru Crosstrek at that time which I am so happy I did not only because I truly love the vehicle but because of the experience only Marc was able to provide !! Marc made me feel like a human being and not just another sale...he cared about my needs and wants and made the process seamless. More than a sale, it's an experience of customer service We were being looked after the moment we walked into the dealership to the day we got our new car, including syncing our smart phone to the vehicle's We were being looked after the moment we walked into the dealership to the day we got our new car, including syncing our smart phone to the vehicle's Bluetooth and what buttons to press to set daylight saving time. Details were discussed and questions were answered over cups of hot Chinese tea ... attention to details and options were provided and recommendations were made to make the decision making process a lot easier and justified. The sales person (Lynn Li) was courteous, attentive, understood our needs and offered options and associated cost. Before we left with the new 2016 CrossTrek Limited Package, we were given a 'surprise' ... and our whole deal was conducted in Mandarin. And this is our fifth lease. Totally satisfied and happy with the first 2008 Subaru Outback, our second 2014 Forester and our second 2016 CrossTrek. Thank you Lynn. You are the best. More
