They are professional, well mannered and very accommodating .There was no sales push at all. The whole process, from test drive to take home was truly enjoyable. I dealt with Mr. Darryl Monisse (sales manager) over there and would recommend every one to at least have a chat with him when planning to get a new car. A true gentleman and a champion sales person. All questions and concerns were answered promptly with proper solutions. Kudos Subaru of Mississauga ! More
My Subaru Mississauga Experience My wife and I walked in to the Subaru Mississauga dealership just to view some vehicles. We were waiting for one of the female sales personnel but sh My wife and I walked in to the Subaru Mississauga dealership just to view some vehicles. We were waiting for one of the female sales personnel but she was busy with another client. Mr. Danny Li approached us to see if we needed help and we told him that we were looking for a Subaru Crosstrek.. He was patient in explaining to us the features of this car and asked whether we wanted to test drive one of their demo units. We did not need to as we had already tested one from another dealership. Danny answered all our questions an made us understand the terms of the lease as well as what would come with the car after choosing some accessories that we wanted to have. Furthermore, he made us understand some of the warranties that came with the car. After learning as much as we could from Danny, we were at ease with our decision to purchase our first Subaru. We explained to him that it was a difficult decision as we both were loyal Toyota owners for many years and buying from only one specific dealer. Loyalty is important to us but Danny assured us that he would do his best to provide the same level of service that this Toyota dealership has done for us. So far, we have not been disappointed. More
Terrible customer service, rude Went in to meet Marc to buy a new car. Upon arrival, he looked "busy" so waited patiently around his desk....he completely RUDELY IGNORED US FOR 50 M Went in to meet Marc to buy a new car. Upon arrival, he looked "busy" so waited patiently around his desk....he completely RUDELY IGNORED US FOR 50 MINUTES- 1hr! We stood there patiently waiting, he knew we were waiting for him but he didn't care. Finally spoke up and extended my hand and said nice to meet you - and he gave me a rude stare back like he did not want to help us! Didn't even shake! He ended up being really RUDE to us so we left. LOST SALE FOR THEM. Being in the show room with no other customers for 50 min to an hour and being IGNORED by all the sales people was a really terrible experience, especially for the Flagship?? Not even 1 hello?! RUDE. Prior to this a relative went to purchase one of their most expensive cars and this location also did NOT HELP him! Furious, went to a different location to make his 100K purchase on the spot, then returned to this dealership to show them! Horrible/NO customer service! Will NEVER be back and will tell everyone we know about this experience. More
Battery failure at 10 k after delivery I purchased a pre-owned 2014 Legacy in Jan this year with 36k. Price was agreeable and sales rep Johnny was pleasant he extended my concerns on buying it with Robert the sales manager...all looked after, but quality of body repairs were subpar as they used a mobile service in the parking lot..took delivery anyway...my fault.. Come August the aftermarket battery had decided to fail in the car after only 10 k use. I brought the car into the local Subaru dealer in Oakville they suggested that I speak to sales where I purchased it as I had an aftermarket battery... Cliff in service at Mississauga was empathetic and spoke to Robert the sales Mngr. After realizing that he couldn't do anything. Robert was able to see his way clear and offered to replace it with a similar battery if I purchase it myself and they installed it. Left happy, Robert was a stand up guy glad I didn't have to work my way up the chain to the GM ,owner, UCDA,or OMVIC. Would recommend doing business with them so far they do what they say. More

Terrible, dangerous serice Be forewarned. I had my Forester towed here after it stalled and made a loud metallic noise when I tried to restart it. I explained that neither h Be forewarned. I explained that neither had previously happened and that I did not want to invest a lot of money on repairs given the age of the vehicle (2001) and its mileage (322,000 kilometers). The Service Rep told me that the alternator no longer worked and that the battery was dead, but that the noise from the front only occurred on starting and it disappeared once the car warmed up. They replaced the alternator and the battery and told me the car was ready. The car started on the dealer lot and there was no unusual noise. However, the car stalled at the first intersection after I left the lot and continued to stall as I drove several blocks to warm it up. I decided to drive the car back to the dealer, but the car stalled 5 or 6 times; the noise I had originally described also returned and with each stall the noise was louder. Two blocks away from the dealership the care stalled and I could not get sufficient power to drive. I had to get the car towed again, which the service representative said that Subaru of Mississauga would pay for, but for which they later suggested I should pay. I can think of no plausible explanations for why the car would stall repeatedly for me within a one block radius and it would not have for a mechanic if he or she had driven it off the lot; for why the front end noise would occur for me after the car warmed up and not upon starting as described by Subaru of Mississauga’s mechanic; and why, given the front-end noise I reported, that a mechanic would not have driven the car long enough to see if it was still present, or if the car would stall after he or she replaced the alternator and battery. I was told that the mechanic ran the car in the bay and that it was customary for mechanics to drive the car around the block after services such as oil changes, and that the work done on the car placed it in that category. Our car had stalled completely on the freeway and had a loud, unusual noise upon attempts at restarting. These malfunctions do not place it on the same level as an oil change and we are deeply distressed that Subaru of Mississauga let us leave their shop in a car that was not road worthy and was, in fact, unsafe. The Service manager did not reply to an email I sent to him complaining about the poor service. More
