They quoted me wrong I called them in the phone asking how much for an oil change for my Subaru Outback 3.6 litter. Mike told me $120 plus tax. I set an appointment. When they started the service, they told me, by the way, it is the bigger engine, so we will charge you more. I confronted Mike but he he said “Well” with the “shrug on his shoulder” and said are you okay with that? Well, as for me, I already drove here at this location for that, so I choose to stay for the service but you can tell that they don’t honour what they quoted you. This is my second time here at this Subaru of Maple service department and it seemed like every time the bill is presented to me, it is a big surprise in terms of money. When I have a Toyota Rav4 and a Toyota Corolla, I don’t have these issues. Next time for a new car, it will be a Toyota. No more Subaru. More

I didn't know you could care so little. We have had a saga of issues on our lease. My fiancee and I leased a car from this dealership almost exactly 2 years ago. Just after the first year, the car broke down on the highway. We were told that the fuel injector melted and the o-ring released from its housing, causing damage to the cylinder and the engine. We were told that this was a very rare problem. Keeping in mind that this is a new car, we were very concerned about our safety as this is a major issue that could have gone much worse. There was a complete engine power failure. As it occurred on the QEW going 100 km/h, it is a miracle that no one was hurt. Fast forward to about a week ago when we bring the car for its routine 40 000 km maintenance check. We are told that 3 of 4 brake-lines are about to burst and given a loaner car. We are then told that this was caused by fraying on the braid of the brake lines and all 4 lines need to be replaced. Pro-tip, this is apparently a KNOWN ISSUE to Subaru, and according to this dealership, there is NO RECALL and we would have been fine. It can happen to any car produced around the same time. They replaced the lines because they are good people. Given what happened, we requested a different car. This seems very unsafe to us. You can't tell us it's fine to have the brakes go like this. Unless you are Manny, who requested that my fiancee simply add some new accessories to the car and say it was new. Clearly, as a woman, I wouldn't notice. The best offer they had was to drive the car until September. We were forced to pay $500 to get this car back since they "serviced" it. I will never do business with the R. Ferri group again. Subaru should be looking into this dealership! More

Dishonest and despicable dealership I have been a fan of Subaru since I learned how to drive in one, but this dealership has destroyed all of my confidence in their brand. Within 2 years I have been a fan of Subaru since I learned how to drive in one, but this dealership has destroyed all of my confidence in their brand. Within 2 years of beginning my lease with a 2017 Subaru Impreza, there have been 2 life threatening manufacturer defects that have been uncovered on the lemon of a car that they put me in (not to mention the recalls...). We acted in good faith, having the repairs on these MANUFACTURER DEFECTS done "under warranty", however, neither this dealership or Subaru of Canada have acted in kind and presented us with a bill for the pleasure of narrowly avoiding death, after their own admission that these in fact were manufacturer defects that should be entirely covered under warranty. We have talked to every level of management at this dealership, aside from Bruno who will not return our calls. This dealership is despicable, and they should be ashamed of their actions, their staff, and the sub par product that they have sold. Avoid this dealership, and avoid Subaru in general, as they have proved that they cannot be trusted in any way and sell unreliable, defective, products. More

I called Subaru of Maple. I nice salesman named Sahib answered. I asked him about my options with a certain amount of monthly budget I have, for the Impreza convenience. He called me back in half an hour told me the options and gave me time to think about it.. I called him back the next day and we made the deal. The 3.day I was driving my 2019 Impreza AWD 5 speed manual transmission 4 door . Sahib was very kind and helpful explained everything,didn’t pushing the sales. David the finance “minister “ there, was also kind and helpful. gave me advice and suggestions what else I should have like rust protection.. ect. I will recommend Subaru of Maple for everyone! And the car is amazing. In the slushy snowy road it’s drives like on a dry road. The best shopping experience I ever had ! Thank you Sahib. And Subaru of Maple More
