Used Car Purchase I came to Subaru of Lethbridge to look at a used VW they had on a trade in. Even though it wasn't a Subaru the staff were knowledgable and helpful. The sales rep was way too aggressive and I told him outright that I was not comfortable with the way I was being made to feel. Not a good experience for first time buyer. We took another chance and this time we went into Subaru. Total opposite experience. I did not feel pressured and was given all the time I needed to make my decision and ask questions. I felt like we were treated with honesty about the vehicle. We have had the vehicle for over a week now and just love it. We were not misled about this used vehicle and it looks and runs like brand new. Matt really listened to what we were looking for and needed, and suggested the perfect fit for us. Very happy customer here! More
