He went way beyond my already high expectations, escorting me on no fewer than three extensive test drives, explaining the various features of each automobile. He appraised my trade-in, giving me a fair price, considering its age and mileage, and included several accessories in my purchase price. I had more positive experiences with Dave Tamura (finance), Jon Ford (service department), and with Travis Malzahn (sales), who led me through the many complexities of my new Forester's technological components.
