Had excellent service We were visiting our new grandson in Lethbridge (we are from High River) and we couldn't get our car out of park....we phoned the dealership and talke We were visiting our new grandson in Lethbridge (we are from High River) and we couldn't get our car out of park....we phoned the dealership and talked with Christopher Millsum, he guided us through the process of doing an emergency fix, and suggested we bring our car in right away....he knew exactly what was wrong with it. We got there within 10 minutes, and Christopher explained the problem, and got the car right in, said it would take approximately 20 minutes. We hadn't eaten since 8:00 am, and were starved, so he provided us with a vehicle so we could run over to A & W to get something to eat (it was 4:00). We went and ate, came back, and car was ready to go!! Sooo happy with the service provided and the speed, as we were heading back to High River. Thank you very much Chris!! More

A "Beyond Expectation" Shopping Experience I had visited Subaru of Lethbridge previously and talked with Johnny Vo. I recently called Johnny again from Medicine Hat and asked if he'd help me v I had visited Subaru of Lethbridge previously and talked with Johnny Vo. I recently called Johnny again from Medicine Hat and asked if he'd help me view and possibly purchase a late model Subaru. We arranged to meet at the dealership at 9 am the next day. Johnny spent practically the full day helping me, and I only found out mid way through the day that it was his day off! He's a very pleasant "no pressure" guy, and even though it was his day off, never let me feel that I was imposing on his time. The other employees I interacted with at Subaru of Lethbridge that day were equally personable. I rarely give a "5" rating, as it implies perfection, with no room for any improvement. In this case however, I really can't think of how I could have been treated to a more pleasant vehicle shopping experience than I recently had at Subaru of Lethbridge. More
