Was not an impulse purchase. It seems that Subaru is the preferred choice for our extended family. Brother and brother in law both purchased an Outback prior to us. Last fall we moved to a mountain community and experienced winter driving with a front wheel drive only mini van. There were times when getting out of the alley was dicey. But that was last winter as we have purchased a 2017 Outback Limited. Johnny Vo, the sales rep helped us with the choice between a Forester and the Outback models. We test drove both and liked them almost equally. Selected the Outback as it is more spacious and a little bit smoother on the highway (we do long trips to California). When we picked up the vehicle Johnny carefully went over the numerous features of the Outback, in particular all the safety systems. Great job Johnny! On the commercial side we found that Dave Tamura was very pleasant to deal with as well. More
