Excellent service I wrote a email to Subaru requesting to test drive the 2016 Crosstrek and Daryn Cobb replied and recommended Wesley Venn to be my sales rep. The next day he called to meet him in person at the deaalership. The minute I met him I was very impressed and i felt very comfortable the way he presented himself. He understands my needs and he made sure I get a good deal. Then I made an offer and he took me to his sale manager Ken Woo who is extremely friendly and full of humour. Humble and kind, he was the one who came forward and offered to help when I walked in on a Tuesday night (despite my young age and student-like attire). He was very honest in helping me with my vehicle selection. He did not push me for a higher-grade model but listened to what I truly wanted and valued my priorities. He was very straight-forward & up-front with me in negotiating the price (no beating around the bush) and simply asked what I was looking for. Then he did his best to accommodate me to reach a consensus. He offered me an awesome price that I was very satisfied with, such that we secured the deal on the night of. When I went to pick up my new vehicle, he once again demonstrated the utmost respect & patience for his customers.
