Great First-Car Experience This was my first car purchase as my previous vehicle was inherited from a family member, so I didn't really know where to start. I knew more or less what vehicle I was looking for but didn't know whether to finance or lease, the lease terms, etc. Dylan was a great help since walking into the Subaru dealership at getting me driving the vehicle I wanted to take a look at, giving advice about accessories, etc. Dylan was very friendly and it was evident that he is loyal to his customers which is the right attitude to have in this line of business. The manager we worked with was Ken who was super friendly and just wanted to give a good first-car purchase experience. Overall I would highly recommend Subaru Calgary as they actually do listen and help take care/guide you through the process for the right vehicle. More

Subaru Calgary - excellent customer service and satisfactio Late last year, my 2013 Subaru Crosstrek had, what I would call, a catastrophic failure 2K past my warranty. To get into detail would be a short nove Late last year, my 2013 Subaru Crosstrek had, what I would call, a catastrophic failure 2K past my warranty. To get into detail would be a short novel, but I have to commend the actions of Fixed Operations Manager, Ernie Bruno. From the start of my troubles to the day I drove my car away (6 weeks later) Ernie was completely professional, compassionate and incredibly easy to work with. Throughout my ordeal, I was faced with roadblock after roadblock with other parties involved (not Subaru Calgary), but Ernie maintained a level of calm and very open lines of communication. Ernie "did the right thing" and got me back in my vehicle. Ernie, Subaru Calgary, and Subaru Canada get top marks for their customer service and going the extra mile for their customers and I will always recommend this dealership to others. So Happy! I recently purchased a new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek after absolutely falling in love with the vehicle! Travis Westin was the Sales Associate that deal I recently purchased a new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek after absolutely falling in love with the vehicle! Travis Westin was the Sales Associate that dealt with us and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. Our initial interaction was when my family and I walked in pretty close to closing time on a weeknight after having a negative experience at Sunridge Nissan. Travis quickly came to help us, provided us with tons of information and took us out for a test drive even though it was already late (and super snowy!!). From that first interaction we were very impressed and knew we were in good hands. He really made an effort to make sure the entire process of purchasing my second ever vehicle went smoothly. The Sales Manager, Ken Woo, was also delightful and really accommodated to all of our requests! He kept checking in throughout the process to ensure things were going well. Anytime I was at the dealership I noticed he was extremely involved with both customers and his staff which was nice to see. Towards the end of the process we had a few less than favourable experience with the Finance Manager there which ultimately resulted in me becoming extremely upset..thankfully Travis was really great and tried to lighten the mood and alleviate the conflict. I highly recommend dealing with Travis if you are looking for a new or used Subaru - you won’t be disappointed! Love my new Crosstrek and hope my positive experience with the dealership & their staff will continue. More
