Streetsville Hyundai

I walked into Hyundai Streetsville for the first time with a colleague of mine who was buying a car with them. I was introduced to Will (William MacMillian) and we discussed some figures for various opti with a colleague of mine who was buying a car with them. I had visited several dealers by then and having recently gone through a life change, wanted to make the best possible choice. Fast forward few months, no pushy calls from Will, which was one of the reasons I decided to go back and revisit my options with them. Will introduced me to Mark, and both began crunching some numbers for me but noticed the absolute horror on my face when I wasn't getting everything that I wanted especially my heated seats. What I really appreciated was that I was given SEVERAL OPTIONS which really helped me make a decision and there was no push or cliche statements like "this deal might not be there tomorrow!" which allowed me to make a WELL INFORMED decision. Apart from that, the CARE and SERVICE at this dealership is simply phenomenal. I did get everything I wanted, for a price I could afford and it didn't end there. Will, is such a GENUINE and HELPFUL person - I would pick him and this dealership if I had to do it all over again! The fact that I can pick up the phone and call him anytime if I can't figure something out, is so heartening especially when you don't know too much about the car and everything seems overwhelming. I could go on and on but I'd like to end saying, you will not have any regrets dealing with Will or Hyundai Streetsville - a truly amazing experience!! More

On entering the dealership I was greeting by Will MacMillan. Right off the bat Will asked the right questions and took the effort to understand my needs and situation. After being a loyal Honda customer for years it was time for a breath of fresh air. I was skeptical at first of my direction but Will soon put that to rest. After some discussion and clearly stating my price point I was soon looking at a deal that was not easy to resist. Being well within my budget and them some, Will and I inked the deal for a brand new 2011 Santa Fe. What I was extremely pleased with was that I did not have to sit twiddling my thumbs as is typical in previous purchases in which the Sales Rep goes back and forth between me and the Sales Manager chipping away at your resolve. None of that at Streetsville Hyundai, Will soon had all the paperwork done and within in days I was in my new vehicle. I have dealt with my fair share of dealerships and Sales Reps over the years, some excellent, some not so excellent and other down-right horrid. Will and all the folks at Streetsville Hyundai rate at the top of the heap, being the best of the best in the Excellent category. Do I recommend this dealership? YES!!! More

Streetville Hyundai is an amazing place. When dealing with Will (sales consultant), there was no sales pitch with him. Any questions, information or details requested were provided immediately. I was offered multiple price options including "his price" which was, to say the least, SIGNIFICANTLY lower than the other 2 Hyundai dealerships near my home. There was no push or callbacks from Will. The dealership offers so much incentive with their service plan, one could almost buy a vehicle there just for it. The service staff that I met when picking up my new vehicle were very easy to talk to and very courteous. I will not hesitate to travel from Oshawa to Streetville (~80km) for their service. The entire purchasing experience was easy and straightforward, I look forward to dealing with the service department (not often though!) and I HIGHLY recommend Streetsville Hyundai in particular William McMillan when you are ready to purchase a new vehicle. You will not find a better price or service plan at any other dealership. More

I can`t believe the service I received at Streetsville Hyundai. It was phenomenal. I have yet to visit the dealership.
