With the lease on my existing vehicle up, I was looking around for my next one. I narrowed the list down to several ones and visited the local dealers (4 in total) and looked at and test drove the vehicle around for my next one. Although I did not end up getting my vehicle from Streetsville Hyundai, it is not because the Tucson and Sante Fe I looked into were not very high quality, nor due to the service and attention I received. My salesperson at Streetsville Hyundai (Sheryle) was awesome - helpful, friendly, accomodating, not pressuring, and full of helpful thoughts and idea. The whole feel I got from the dealership was one of a true customer focus. My family has had experiences in the past with another Hyundai dealer in Mississauga that was, quite frankly, terrible. I ended up going back to something high end for my vehicle .. but if I had not, I absolutely would have picked up a Tucson or Sante Fe from this dealership. If you want to be treated great and get wonderful service and extremely fair prices for a Hyundai ... this is the place to go. More

Buying/leasing a car has always been a stressful experience. I was already tense before walking in assuming I was going to be deceived with hidden costs and walk out with a signed contract wonderin experience. I was put a ease immediately upon meeting Jason, he answered all my questions - and I asked and questioned just about everything on the contract. He was very patient and understanding and not once did I feel pressured. I was treated with utmost respect even right up to going over every feature of my new vehicle inside and out before driving off. Mike the business manager also took a lot of time explaining the financial contract and he also made sure I understood everything before signing. I have been back a couple of times since buying my Tucson 2 months ago with what I felt was stupid questions but Mike the service manager was extremely pleasant to deal with and made me feel that my questions or concerns were very important. He gave us undivided attention and answered all of our questions comprehensively. He had excellent knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in and was very forthcoming and honest during the sales process. We had already made several trips to other dealerships and this was immediately distinctive in its quality of customer service. We got the deal we had asked for, and completed the entire sales process in about 2-3 hours that morning. Furthermore, the car was delivered exactly on time, as promised-next business day (because the color we wanted was in stock). We both would highly recommend Brian Stokell and the Streetsville Hyundai dealership.
