Booked 1st appointment of the day. ..oil change and rotation of tires. Was told 1.5 hours required. Perfect I had clients in the City Calgary for noon. Dropped my vehicle off at 8 am 11 am no communication patiently waiting on my vehicle, and courtesy pick up No answer @ Service department left 3 messages, called the Service Manager 11:15 am Service manager returned my call told me vehicles dropped off are noon pickups???? Not impressed. Pick up 11:15 am Truly, the employee I dealt with with at 8 am ignored me in the service department 2X his wonderful coworker reminded him professionally I was there to pick up my vehicle. Do not recommend this Business in my Community will not return to this business. More
