They have had my car for almost 3 weeks now. No one ever calls me to let me know what is going on. When I call they tell me all the lines are busy. When I hold they eventually pick up the phone and the HANG IT UP WITHOUT EVEN ANSWERING. 3 weeks I have been trying to get my car fixed. This is the worst service department aI have ever seen. $125 an hour and they can't even answer the phone. UPDATE: They called as I was writing this and are charging me $375.00 for "diagnosing the problem" but they still can't figure out what is wrong. So I am out $375 and I still have the problem. NEVER EVER TRUST THIS BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT THIEVES. More
My first Service visit to Steele Hyundai and not a stellar experience. Had a 1pm appointment for a hood deflector install. Maybe an hour to an hour and half (planned on the 1.5 hr as the norm). Two and a half hrs in, had to approach the service counter - they were at the mercy of the detailing bay and deliveries. My patience is quite high and nothing but respect for those in the service industry, but at the 3.5 hr mark went back to the service counter. Service Tech seen me coming and went into the service area - returned and said they are just finishing with my vehicle. I was compensated for my extended service wait, but at no time did anyone from the service counter reach out to me to update me on the situation nor did the service manger speak to me about the situation - he left it up to the front end service reps to diffuse the situation. Just purchased the new vehicle at Steele's and nothing but positivity on the sales side. Not a great start to the service side. More
