The team at Steele Ford Lincoln went above and beyond to ensure my family was satisfied, comfortable, and happy with the purchase of our most recent vehicle. The sales manager Ryan, was patient, kind, and d ensure my family was satisfied, comfortable, and happy with the purchase of our most recent vehicle. The sales manager Ryan, was patient, kind, and did everything he could to ensure he found us the perfect vehicle to meet our family’s needs. The financial manager, Ahmad, was knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He ensured that given the current state of emergency, the paperwork and sale of the vehicle went seamlessly. The entire experience was positive and I would highly recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle here! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Me and my wife decided we were going to upgrade our vehicles so we looked around at diffrent dealerships. Found ones we both liked here at ford and decided to test drive them. On t going to upgrade our vehicles so we looked around at diffrent dealerships. Found ones we both liked here at ford and decided to test drive them. On the test drive there was jumper cables in the vehicle and it was also brought to our attention but that the problem would be fixed..this isn’t a small dealership so we trusted there word.Bought two vehicles from the pre owned section 5 months ago with the extended warranty.so fast forward to now the battery basically blew up and corroded the wiring harness. There was phone calls made and was told because it hasn’t been a week I’m on my own and the 1000$ bill isn’t going to be covered even with the warranty that I paid for.i would never buy or tell someone to buy from this place again More
