"Fast & Friendly Service dept"

Fast & Friendly service dept. Got in and out quickly . Hassle free appointment made online. Were asked if we needed a ride but opted to wait since it didn't take long. Overall happy with them.

"Above and Beyond"

Last week we took our 2012 Doge Journey in to have it checked for a knocking noise. After a lengthy session it was diagnosed as a cracked flexion plate. It was, of course, no longer under warrantee. When quoted the original cost the service manager did everything he could to give us the fairest price possible which was very much appreciated. Sure that the repairs could be completed Friday so that we could make it into Edmonton for meetings that evening and through out the weekend, we scheduled the repairs for first thing Friday morning with the promise that we could have a rental vehicle to use if the repairs were not completed for whatever reason. The mechanic even worked through his lunch hour to make sure it was done. The part came and was installed but to no avail. The car would not start. Aparently it was the wrong flex plate. The promise was kept and we received a rental car at no cost to us. We made it to out meetings and when we brought the car back on Monday morning our car was completed and the final cost was evel less than the original quote. That was a huge blessing! We had heard of such service but never expected it. We would like to thank the whole service department for going above and beyond what was expected. Sincerely Dixie and Jim Coleman

"Enjoyed my purchase until I needed warranty work"

I really enjoyed the steps of my purchase with this dealership until I got my truck home and realized the passenger seat had a stain on it. I contacted the dealership and they told me they have seen this before....it was a stain that the heated seat created and the warranty would cover. My hubby and I were leaving on a 2 week holiday and told the dealership that they could have my truck for the duration to get it fixed on their time frame. When we got back from holidays we picked up the truck and brought it home. When I got out of the truck I noticed a big stain on the drivers seat. It was something that was obviously a stain on factory leather seats that ran back towards the back rest. I reported this spill to the dealer and they blamed this on me. I called the dealership and Chrysler Canada a month ago and to this day no one has contacted me. They are unprofessional, inconsiderate and ignorant to the basic female consumer. They obviously are just looking at the fact that they sold a vehicle and dont care about the purchaser once the contract is signed.
