I am not a cars person, I do not know much about cars besides which one looks good. He helped me understand the differences between the models and different features of each car. He brought it to my level so that I can completely understand every detail about my car. When I had to go see Mike, he explained everything in my terms so that I knew what I was getting financially. Jesse and Mike took great care in making sure that I was happy with my purchase. Overall this is a great environment. I would definitely say go visit Jesse if you are looking to purchase a new car. Great staff, very easy purchase experience I just purchased a new Jetta TDI today from Steve Hodgson at St. James VW. He was aware that we were looking for a specific model of Jetta, of which t I just purchased a new Jetta TDI today from Steve Hodgson at St. James VW. He was aware that we were looking for a specific model of Jetta, of which their dealership had the only one. Steve was very clear about all the costs associated with the car and did not hide anything. He then simply made us a great offer on the car. We took it. This took 2 minutes. It was a great price and so easy to close the deal. My previous experiences of shopping involved secretive discussions between the salesman and sales managers. This one simply involved offering a fair price up front and absolutely no pressure from anyone. Everything was handled promptly and efficiently. Steve took time to go over all the features of the car and had a thorough understanding of it. Brendan in the finance department made things very easy to understand on the financial side. He explained the extended warranty options without pressuring me. I chose the 8 year extended option because of all the electronics in the car. Thanks for the great purchasing experience and I look forward to doing business with St. James VW in the future. More
