Dealing with Siming Wang (sales) and Brendan Parry (Finance) made buying a car an easy and enjoyable experience, way less stressful than I expected. They were both highly respectful, professional, friendly, and patient to answer all my questions. Siming (sales and leasing representative) helped me with choosing the right car after going through the available options, gave me the chance to test drive the car, walked me to MPI for registration and insurance, and showed me how things work in the car in details. Brendan (financial manager) helped me in deciding the amount of down payment and monthly payments for the vehicle according to my budget. He made sure to give clear explanations for all my financial concerns. This was my first experience at St. James Volkswagen it was outstanding! Great deals and great people!
