I feel that the dealership is truly trying to build a relationship with their clients and Guy is making it happen. He listened to what I needed, how much I wanted to spend, and found something to completely meet my needs each time. Guy Delisle was always pleased to answer my questions on the new models, always impressing me with his thorough and comparative knowledge, not only on VWs, but other makes as well. Over four to five years I got to know him a little and enjoyed getting the latest info on the new VWs. As my car got older, Guy took the time to try to understand my needs and whenever something interesting came up, Guy would let me know. He was always courteous, professional, personable, patient and informative without the pressure tactics that many attribute to the car sales process. I am now driving a used Golf that Guy found for me and I am very pleased with the car, its condition and best of all, the painless experience that Guy and his colleagues provided.
