A Pleasure working with Guy I had considered purchasing a new or used Golf several years ago and first visited St. James VW to get an idea of how the GTI compared with the sport' I had considered purchasing a new or used Golf several years ago and first visited St. James VW to get an idea of how the GTI compared with the sport's model. I had compared other dealerships and cars but St. James and Guy were the most pleasant to deal with. There was no high pressure sale pitch and Guy pointed us in a direction for a model that suited our needs and was less expensive. As it turned out the car purchase was delayed a couple years and the models had changed in the interval. Other dealerships could not find the model desired but Guy did so. As this option depended on a trade-in becoming available which fell through, I delayed purchase of the used model and was awaiting the new 2015 Golf to come to Canada. Guy did not give up on the original requirements and after only several weeks had the right car available. His energy, determination and thoughtfulness was remarkable. Guy further went out of his way to source out winter tires and rims for me on his own. It is certainty a pleasure to have such outstanding customer service; moreover, service that goes beyond anything that is expected. Thank you Guy. I look forward to working with again. More

Trade-in Jetta Hybrid for Jetta As a committed VW customer, I was disappointed not to be able to buy a 2016 Jetta diesel to replace my 2013 Jetta Hybrid. The alternative was a trim l As a committed VW customer, I was disappointed not to be able to buy a 2016 Jetta diesel to replace my 2013 Jetta Hybrid. The alternative was a trim line Jetta gasoline. The initial conversation with Milen was helpful. When I returned he was not available, but I received great help from another salesperson, and closed the deal. I returned the following day to pick up the car, and Milen helped with the closure. I wish he had been able to connect my cell phone in a way that included contacts. I would rather not have had to return to dealership to sign the registration over to the VW dealership. The salesperson forgot to ask for my registration to make the transfer. Otherwise the sale was carried out responsibly. More
