Because of our positive experience with the service department, we bought a used SUV from them in 2012. Last year we decided to upgrade the 2009 Jetta to a 2012 Jetta TDI. We told Guy Delisle what specific options we were looking for and he notified us when one came available. We have had a great experience dealing with Guy, he has a friendly, knowledgable, "tell you the way it is attitude", that is fun and refreshing. My wives new vehicle Our first visit to any Volkswagen dealership was a welcoming adventure. We explained to the salesperson that the Tiguan model had caught our eye and t Our first visit to any Volkswagen dealership was a welcoming adventure. We explained to the salesperson that the Tiguan model had caught our eye and that we knew little about Volkswagens in general . The salesperson took the time to explain about the dealership and alittle about herself making us feel very comfortable. After a brief review of the different Tiguan options we decided it was time to drive one and chose a used one to get acquainted. My wife liked the feel of the car so we then discussed details of availability at the dealership both new and used. Of interest turned out to be a 2015 demo with 8000 kms not yet at the dealership so the sales person advised us that she would call us in Brandon once the car arrived. She called us as promised, we drove to Winnipeg the next week and purchased the car. We added a number of features like command start, tinted windows and heated seats which the dealership looked after installing. Everything was completed timely and professional. More
