Well, Milen made the experience totally quick and painless. We went back and forth via email which is exactly what I wanted. By the end of the day I made my decision and I didn't even have to leave my computer. I appreciated that Milen took the time to answer all my questions and took me seriously even though we were just corresponding by email. He showed a willingness to work with me and in the manner that worked for me. Not everyone has time to go from dealership to dealership discussing all the different options and even though email is a pretty popular form of communication these days, other dealerships wouldn't take the time to answer my questions and just told me to come in. Well, I bought a brand new 2015 Jetta and I didn't hesitate to buy it from Milen. When we finally did meet to finalize the purchase, Milen was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Brittany also did a great job discussing the financing options and going through all the different warranties, etc. She made things simple and was more than helpful. Overall, I had a great experience at St. James Volkswagen and I love my new car!!! More

I moved here from a small town in North Western Ontario w I purchased my Volkswagen Passat from Guy Delisle shortly after I moved to Winnipeg in 2010. I moved here from a small town in North Western Ontario where purchasing a car would mean buying from a dealer that I at least knew personally or perhaps might even be a relative. I shopped at 6 dealerships before I arrived at St.James Volkswagen. At all six dealerships I experienced everything from high-pressure sales to being ignored. One dealership made me feel completely stupid because I voiced my concerns about safety and the need for very good visibility to make lane changes with confidence (the community I moved from was so small that there were no streets with dual lanes so this would be a new experience for me). When I arrived at St. James Volkswagen I was greeted warmly, and with respect. My questions were answered promptly and thoroughly and to my great surprise the prices were much more reasonable than I anticipated for import automobiles. When I need to purchase my next car I will go directly to St. James Volkswagen and hope that Guy is still on their sales team at that time. More
