After doing ratings research on vehicle rating sites and Consumer Reports, I also researched several websites for a low mileage, (used) Jetta with considerable warranty left, and found a very good match on St. James VW's website with a 2013 Jetta. I placed a phone call to the dealership with the stock number and spoke to Milen about an extended test drive. We visited the dealership on a Friday evening and we took the vehicle overnight. We were able to experience how the vehicle handled and how it would suit our needs. On returning the next day, Milen had prepared the information needed to proceed with purchase should we choose to do so; with no pressure. As we did decide to buy, he arranged for short meetings with other staff for admin and to learn of the options available for the vehicle. In the time we spent going to our financial institution and MPI, the car had been detailed. Milen was tied up with a client when we returned, so Jesse Smith did a walk around and sit inside of the vehicle to show me features and to answer questions. Excellent sales and support staff! Also good to find that the purchase of a used VW gets you the same level of service as does purchasing a new car. Well done St James VW Audi. More

Wonderful experience with Milen I was looking for my next vehicle in July 2015 and sent inquiry letter to VW St James about Jetta. Milen helped me understand what type of Jetta do I want and I made a decision to purchase Jetta TDI 2015. Milan is very friendly, attentive to customer needs and responsive to customer request. Milen was very patient as I wasn't so easy customer. After spending half a day on conversation I left with no decision. I needed more time to make inquiry in other places in order to compare. After a week I found a colour of Jetta TDI that I wanted in VW St. James and came back to make a deal. This time the challenge was to choose between Jetta 2014 and 2015.Milan made me comfortable to make this decision and the purchasing, he answered all my questions both technical and financial matter.
