While most luxury dealer's salespersons pre-judged me on first appearance and assumed I could not afford to shop there (being younger), Jeff showed interest and enthusiasm from day one. He has always been prompt and accurate with information and has gone over and above to make the experience enjoyable. When asked detailed questions he typically knows the correct answer and if not he researches and gets back to you extremely quickly. I have helped others shop for cars at dealers elsewhere in the city and am sad to say the sales people couldn't even tell me what a basic oil change costs for their own inventory. I have ZERO complaints with the last two purchases at this dealership (2011 A4 and 2017 A4 Technik). Carl has also been a pleasure to deal with in the service department since his arrival. When I take my car in for service or a repair I have never felt ripped off from the staff here unlike our experiences with our past mazda, volvo etc. More

Not only that he ex I was greatly appreciating Miao Fang's knowledgeable and expertise as I was at the Audi Dealership today to test drive an Audi S5. Not only that he explains the features and differences from S5 to other models that I had my eye upon, he has also demonstrated how to run the vehicle better based on his own experience with new Audi models. Unlike my other experiences with other Audi Sales Representatives in Toronto or Saskatoon, Miao was never pushy when it comes to pricing, while patiently explained the cost to the vehicle with add-ons and what not. It made me feel very comfortable, no pressure at all. This is the type of customer-relationship that I am looking for. After the experience today, it made me feel like going to a switch to the Audi brand, from a person who have always owned a Subaru. Thank you for the excellent service! More
