Who knew buying a new vehicle could be so much fun! My mother and I walked into St. James Volkswagen on a whim. My mom had researched a silver Tiguan that had just come in and wanted to test drive it. My mother and I walked into St. James Volkswagen on a whim. My mom had researched a silver Tiguan that had just come in and wanted to test drive it. Without making an appointment, we were promptly helped at the front desk and introduced to Jordan. Without knowing too much about the new vehicle they had just got in stock, Jordan was able to walk us through all of its features effortlessly and made our test drive both fun and informative. What we appreciated most was Jordan's sales approach. He's extremely friendly, relaxed and we felt no pressure to buy the vehicle right away, even though the deal and the gorgeous silver Tiguan was too good to pass up so my mom made the decision to purchase it that same night. Jordan and Brendan both stayed late to walk my mom through all the paper work, which was very helpful. We returned to pick up the vehicle exactly two weeks later and my mom couldn't be happier.
