We couldn't get to the dealership for a test drive because we were looking after my mother who has health issues so Ryan was kind enough to offer to bring the vehicle to our home for a test drive (plus to check if mother could get in comfortably when we need to take her to appointments). This was extremely helpful to us and quite kind of him considering it was also on his day off. Everyone at the dealership was very professional with all the paperwork and financing. Originally I had gone to another dealer closer to home but they were unwilling to work with me and had poor customer service. I went out of my way to the st james location and am so happy I did. The staff are very knowledgeable, price transparent, don't pressure you, and understand that you want the best deal for the car you want. They're willing to work with you and make the experience of buying a car easy, exciting, and fun. I walked out a few hours after getting there with the car and deal I wanted. I'd highly recommend checking them out. Ask for Jordan or Ryland from sales (Jordan did a great job negotiating the deal and Ryland was terrific showing off everything about the car); and Brendan from financial planning made all the financing super easy to understand. I did not experience the pressure I was used to from other dealerships, This was the most pleasant purchase experience I've had when buying a new car. Dealing with Mary in sales was a very pleasant experience, she went far beyond our expectations in customer service (looking after our 3 year old daughter while we dealt with the financing manager, etc) and has been great to work with and willing to help even weeks after the purchase was completed.
