Excellent customer service from Ryan and Cliff I am writing this review in regards to the exceptional customer service my family and I received from Audi Winnipeg employees Ryan Haggan and Cliff. M I am writing this review in regards to the exceptional customer service my family and I received from Audi Winnipeg employees Ryan Haggan and Cliff. My family and I took a road trip from Toronto to Vancouver. On our return to Toronto we started experiencing trouble accelerating and the glow plug light was flashing. Needless to say, we were quite distraught. The nearest Audi we could find was in Winnipeg. We spoke briefly to Ryan on the phone and he did let us know in advance that your location was quite booked. Upon arrival, Ryan saw our dispair and truly went above and beyond in his efforts to help us. As we were travelling with 4 kids, he was very welcoming and helped to distract them by offering them water, snacks and a place to wait while he and Cliff looked into things. Ryan even went out of his way -staying beyond his shift to ensure that our car was attended to and road ready. Furthermore, he allowed us to keep the kids occupied through the use of a vehicle so we could travel to the local mall to kill time. Both Ryan and Cliff clearly explained to us what the issue with the car was and made a stressful situation so very much better. We believe these two individuals represent the epitome of quality customer service and we are truly appreciative of all they did for us. They are great representatives of Audi. We recommend Audi Winnpeg to those in the area in the market for a car. Can't stop raving enough about their efforts. We are truly grateful. Loraine and family More
