I walked into St. James VW looking for more of the same, score a great deal on a lightly used model. After test driving a few models and not liking what I was seeing I abandoned the thought of a better car. Jordan was persistent and at the same time as accommodating as he could be. He planted a seed that maybe a new ride was the option. Having never bought new I was very tentative. I took several days weighing every option and building three models of Jettas that might be what I was looking for and Jordan did his utmost best from his end to provide me options and work with out of province dealerships to find me what I was looking for. He sat down with me at a time convenient for me, and was willing to pour over every option and fee included so I knew exactly what I was signing up for. We lost a few to not pulling the trigger in time but ultimately found a winner with the Dark Bronze Metallic with the Sport Package. The team at St. James VW works well together and it really feels like everyone is working towards satisfying your wants/needs in an automobile at a price that works for you. Just called to talk to someone in service . Well about an hour later a women calls and ask if I would like to make an appointment. When he told me the cost of oil , filter , a new oil plug for some reason he could not explain ,O ,and labour for $30.00 the total was $70.00 plus tax. Why the difference. His answer was .I D'ont Know. Now the car tells me I need a battery in my fob that is only 20 weeks old. So I call to speak to someone in service , this can not be correct . I ask the lady if this is common . the answer was the battery was faulty . Is there someone in service I can talk to. Well she says they will give the same answer. And by the way the faulty battery in your fob will cost you to replace More

Audi A6 Paint job IN May of 2015, I had my Audi 2005 in for a paint job on the rear drivers side quarter panel. One year later, The paint was starting to peeling off. IN May of 2015, I had my Audi 2005 in for a paint job on the rear drivers side quarter panel. One year later, The paint was starting to peeling off. The Audi dept stated that this was an accident but there are no marks around the peeling. THe paint is just coming off. I clearly asked them to show me how this could be an accident but they could not and basically just said they were not going to fix it. Clearly, The front office gives the "company policy" and then tells you there is nothing they can do. Do not use them for body work or paint. There is no warranty on the work. IT is pricy but not worth it because if there a problem, they will not fix their mistake or shoddy work. More
