Hello: this is our second purchase at the St.James Audi. We were amazed by the hospitality from Rory Egan from Sales and Carl Realica at the service. Within two weeks of the purchase of the Q5, we have experienced the airbag alarm went off in the dashboard. The repair cost is about $600. Unfortunately, seatbelt and airbag repairs are not covered under extended warranty. But, with the help of Rory and Carl, the repair will be done at free of cost. What a happy news! Without any second thoughts or hesitation I will definitely approach Rory for my next purchase. More
